Duly filled application with necessary documents should reach this Administrative Office as early as possible. Incomplete and incorrect application will not be considered. Admission are made on the clear understanding that those who are admitted will fully accept the Rules and Regulations of the college in force and those which will be enforced or modified as and when required by the management. The following testimonials should be enclosed with the application.
- Original +2th Mark Sheet with Photo copies
- Original Transfer Certificate with Photo copies
- Original Community Certificate with photo copies
- Passport Size Photograph (5 Nos ) Size 4x3
Applicants are instructed to affix passport size photograph at the place provided in the application form.
Eligibility criteria
Diploma in pharmacy - 2 years
Approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
Qual : Pass in +2 with group having chemistry as a compulsory subject.
